Our beliefs, patterns and behaviors about money often hinder us from living authentically and embracing the life we desire. I have found that most people struggle with money on a daily basis, and yet nobody wants to discuss it. However, the reality is that money—and our thoughts, emotions and behaviors around it—permeates all other aspects of our lives. Money affects our relationships, life choices, and how we achieve (or don’t achieve) work/life balance. For example, when we have a money mindset of scarcity, we always feel depleted regardless of how much we earn. It requires a conscious choice and effort to live with the mindset of abundance. I’ve been there, and it can be done. I’m here to help you.
Our relationship with money starts during early childhood development. Much of what we believe about money is a result of what we learned from adults and situations around us. Sometimes these ideas were relayed to us openly, while other times we picked up on subtle non-verbal cues. Decisions we make today are unconsciously influenced by those early beliefs so that we can find ourselves in repeating patterns of self-sabotage and feeling financially stressed.
Behavioral money coaching addresses money patterns and behaviors, and it can help with your daily monetary choices. Together, we can discover old money stories and patterns, bring awareness to current choices, and then work to consciously create a healthier relationship with money. Money coaching is a unique pathway to self-discovery and self-awareness, allowing you to transform many aspects of your life.
