“It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.”
—e.e. cummings
The truth is that moving through a life that has been planned for us is easy. The map is laid out, and all we have to do is follow it. Whether it be our family, society or a combination of both there is usually some “ultimate plan” that someone has decided is best for us. Perhaps we were afraid to question? Perhaps we just blindly trusted? But now, something seems to be missing. Life doesn’t feel good, easy or happy.
When the Universe starts knocking and your inner truth keeps calling, it’s hard not to listen. There’s that critical moment when you finally HEAR your truth—when you feel uncomfortable inside and you know something needs to change. It may be a relationship, your career, a combination of both or what you have forgotten to do for fun. Once you see and understand your truth, you can’t unsee it.
Your family and friends love you. They want to keep you safe, but they may not understand your journey so they try to hold you back. However, the struggle of your journey provides the growth and solution you have been searching for. The truth may seem scary and the path might look difficult, but the outcome will be rewarding. I’ve been there too—I know.
Now is the time to find your courage.
Take a deep breath. You are the answer you have been looking for. Deep down you have always known what is right for you. Just listen.
Surround yourself with people in your life who will support you and your journey. Hire a coach for guidance and support. You deserve to live the life you image.
Always with love,
Heather
