Whatever struggle you are going through right now might feel scary, dark, and uncertain. You may be feeling anxious and out of your comfort zone which is understandable. You’re in new territory. But you’re not alone. Your struggles might look different than the ones I have overcome, but I have learned a lot along the way that I want to share with you.
Most know me as a doctor. Others as a coach. But really I consider myself a healer in the bigger sense. My superpower is my intuition. My secret sauce is that I have been deep into the darkness and have come out on the other side—forever changed. I believe in the darkness and the power of transformation because I’ve been there myself.
Your challenges and struggles are amazing opportunities for your individual growth and personal development if that is what you seek. My belief is that the life journey is about releasing what doesn’t serve you, finding purpose, and creating a new future path in order to become the amazing human you were meant to be. The crazy part is that many of us aren’t aware that we are living inauthentically until we are confronted with that transformative challenge. But then again, I’m fairly sure a caterpillar cannot comprehend being a butterfly until is has to do the work.
A few suggestions to embrace your current challenge or struggle:
1. Everything happens for a reason—the good and the uncomfortable. Know that your challenge is for your learning and your own personal growth. It is meant uniquely for you, and only you have to understand it.
2. You have all the tools within yourself, even if you can’t see them. Your inner truth knows exactly what you desire to be happy even though happiness might seem unobtainable right now.
3. Life choices made consciously, as opposed to fearfully, move us forward towards the future we desire. If you’re looking to create a powerful life changing conversation, I am here to support you when you are ready.
